Prices and payment:
Prices shown include VAT (19%).
The purchase price shown on the invoice will be the same price as shown on the website at the moment of purchase, plus shipping costs.
The payment of the products is made in cash / cash on delivery or by credit / debit card when ordering online.

4) the right to oppose (Article 15) - the right to oppose to the processing of his data, free of charge and through a written request, based on grounded and legitimate reasons related to his particular situation.
5) The right to address courts (Article 18) - the right to address courts to defend the rights guaranteed by law and which have been violated.
6) The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Article 25).
Liabilities concerning the products
SC BOCA AUTOTRADE S.R.L doesn’t take responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred by the use of the products purchased from this site for purposes other than those specified by the manufacturer. The products return can be made in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance 130/2000, and for more details please see “product exchange / returns”

Art. 2. - The use of individual means of distance communication other than those stipulated in art. 1 is not allowed if there is the consumer’s explicit denial.

Litigations
By using, viewing or purchasing products on this website, the user acknowledges the fact that the Romanian laws will govern the terms and conditions above and any dispute of any sort that might arise between the user and SC BOCA AUTOTRADE S.R.L. The litigations between SC BOCA AUTOTRADE S.R.L and its customers will first be settled amicably within at least 30 days.
If amicable settlement is not possible, the dispute will be settled in court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with Romanian laws.
Miscellaneous
If any of the above provisions will be found null and void for whatever reason, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Once with the order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of use, their value being the same as a valid contract.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions the customer assumes all rights and obligations arising from the purchase through the online store www.autoboca.ro.
